Sessions
Sessions include safety equipment, briefing on land and on the water coaching. We generally find people are foiling within a few minutes. If you have any concerns about how achievable it is to learn, feel free to give us a call and we will talk you through the process.
You CAN do it

Instruction
You will be under the care of a professional instructor the entire time, with a maximum of 4 riders sharing the instructor. Keeping to a small number provides a great opportunity success and optimises safety.
Children
We welcome children from 12 years old, on the condition that they are confident swimmers.
What to bring
Please bring swimmers and a towel, and a wetsuit if you prefer (but not necessary in the warmer months). You will be provided with a life jacket and helmet. We have also have a selection wetsuit tops which add additional layer of warmth for those who would like.
Bad weather
In the event of bad weather, we will generally contact you to discuss the options. Sessions can be run in light rain and low wind but generally we prefer re-book at a convenient time for you, at no extra cost. Our aim is to ensure you have a most excellent experience. Group bookings
Yes, our experience is perfect for group bookings including parties, family events and corporate functions. We run 4 Fliteboards as a time. Group sessions involve 4 persons riding at a time. Those 4 could then swap for another 4. This is done at the discretion of Propel so as to maintain safety. A group could involve 16 persons over a few hours. Fliteboards
We use premium electric foilboards from leading Australian company Fliteboard. We are an authorised Fliteschool, premium reseller and service centre.

Locations
We operate from the beach just to the north of the Gosford Sailing Club. You can park at the Lions Club or on nearby streets.
We operate from the waterfront near the Speers Point Sailing Club. There is plenty of parking near by.

We operate near the Terrigal Boat Ramp at Terrigal beach. There is plenty of parking nearby.
FAQS
Not during the summer months. We have a selection or wetsuit tops which help keep you warm if it an early morning or a slightly chilly day.
Like all sports there is an element of danger however we teach you to mitigate most of that risk. We also supply helmets and lifejackets to make sure you are safe.
Yes! We have permission to operate from Gosford waterways and Lake Macquarie. Contact us for more information.
We are an authorised Fliteschool under Fliteboard Australia, and operate on the waterways with the permission of both Transport for NSW and Central Coast Council. We have 20M in public liability insurance.
No, however we partner with ESS Boardstore at Erina. You can drop in anytime to see a Fliteboard, and we can meet you there to chat about the benefits and tradeoffs with each of the models and discuss purchasing options.
Meet Ash
Ash is a lifelong passionate waterman and Central Coast local. He surfs, kitesurfs, enjoys snowboarding in winter and of course has a passion for foilboarding. The advantage of the electric foilboards, according to Ash, is their easy and fast learning curve. Compared to all other waterboard sports, they have one of the fastest learning curves – typically only 20 minutes. Ash is a competent, passionate instructor who will have you riding in no time!
